MANAGEMENT OF THE CAPITAL TERRITORY:
The law that established the Agency provides for the Board of Directors to be appointed by the State Governor, Rt Hon Sherriff Oborevwori and headed by a Chairman, three members appointed from the three senatorial districts, a nominee representing the Ministry of Economic Development, and a Director General of the Agency.
Currently, the following are the Members of the Board of Directors:

The agency structure comprises the governing board, which is headed by the chairman, the Director General (Administrative Head), and three (3) members, each representing one of the three (3) senatorial districts.
The Director General is the administrative head of the Agency and oversees the day-to-day running of the agency. Under the Director General are the functional Heads of the Departments:
– Administration & Finance;
– Department of Projects;
– Department of Investment and Business Promotion;
– Department of Environment;
– Department of Legal Services; and
– Department of Corporate Affairs.
Under these departments are various units /sections, such as accounting, marketing, internal audit, registry, beautification, technical, and media.

Currently, there are twenty-six employees, mostly drawn from ministries, government departments, and other agencies.
