 Achievements 

The Corporate Affairs department has organized several  massive sensitization programs within the Delta Capital Territory. The first one was the operation…. “Secure, Clean and Green the Delta Capital Territory” Campaign/ Roadshow event which took place  on 30th November 2023, in the city of Asaba with a turnout of over six hundred (600) people dressed in branded Agency green T shirts, face caps and jean trousers. The aim of the program was to encourage the public to embrace the culture of cleanliness and proper waste disposal habits, which was demonstrated by His Excellency Chief Monday Onyeme the Deputy Governor of Delta State, the Chairman DSCTDA, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Okoro and the DG DSCTDA, Mr Patrick Ukah and other Stakeholders. Posters and stickers with illustrations were distributed to the residents of the capital territory to stick on trycicles and shops etc.

 Delta Capital Territory this week TV/ RADIO Program 

The Delta Capital Territory this week Radio program of the Agency, an initiative of the DG, Mr. Patrick Ukah is aired twice a week on both DBS Radio and TREND FM. 

DBS Radio 97.9 FM Program: Time 6.30pm, Every Monday 

TREND Radio 100.9 FM Program: Time 11am, Every Wednesday 

DBS TELEVISION Program: Time 7:30pm, Every Tuesday 

 The aim of the Delta Capital Territory this week Program on Radio and Television is to inform, educate and sensitize the public concerning the activities of the Agency, government policies, happenings within the Capital Territory and to encourage them to adhere with environmental laws. It is also a medium to get feedback from the audience concerning issues being discussed on the program and information from the public.

 Delta Capital Territory Voice Newspaper

The proposed Newspaper, Delta Capital Territory Voice is an eight (8) pages, weekly newspaper featuring editorials, cartoons, interviews and Vox pox. 

It is a bulletin containing the activities of the Agency and important occasions within the Delta Capital Territory with pictures. It also features illustrative cartoons and opinions of the public concerning government policies.
