The Department of Investments and Business Promotions is the typical Planning, Research, and Statistics Department in other MDAs. - Developing action plans, strategic plans and work plans for the Agency
- Budget preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of plans and projects.
- Conducting research on specific issues, policies, or programs as well as PPP projects.
- Collecting, collating, analyzing, and processing data related to the Agency’s operations.
- Monitoring the implementation of plans, projects, and programs.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of programs and projects.
- Preparing reports on the status of projects and programs.
- Liaising with other government agencies, research institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
- Participating in meetings and conferences.
- Representing the Agency in planning and research-related activities.
- Conducting research on specific issues or problems faced by the Agency.
- Identify, execute, monitor and evaluate PPP projects
